A Day in the Life of a Setter

Our setters enjoy flexible schedules while following proven daily routines for success:

Typical Daily Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Review targets, prepare scripts, and warm up
  • 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Power block - outbound calling and messaging
  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Break and admin tasks
  • 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM: Second power block - follow-ups and new outreach
  • 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Update CRM, send confirmations, plan tomorrow

Note: Schedule is flexible. Many setters work evenings or customize their hours to fit their lifestyle.
